InspectRescue ("we," "us," "our") provides a software service that uses artificial intelligence to read food-service health inspection reports, identify violations, and generate a remediation kit ("Pass Kit") consisting of a Corrective Action Plan, per-violation Fix Instructions, Staff Training Sheets, Log Templates, and a Re-Inspection Walkthrough checklist. The service is operated by InspectRescue.
All content produced by InspectRescue, including parsed violations, correction deadlines, corrective action plans, and all documents in the Pass Kit, is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, regulatory, or professional food-safety advice. We are not a law firm, licensed food-safety consulting firm, or government agency. Nothing in this service constitutes food-safety consulting as regulated under applicable state or local law. If your jurisdiction requires consultation with a licensed food-safety professional, this service does not satisfy that requirement. Always verify requirements with your local health department before relying on any information from this service.
All Pass Kit documents are generated by an artificial intelligence language model. AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. The service cannot observe conditions inside your facility and does not have access to your jurisdiction's current regulatory text. You are solely responsible for verifying all information against your actual inspection report and your local health department's requirements before acting on it. By using this service you acknowledge that AI-generated content is not a substitute for professional judgment.
Following the instructions in your Pass Kit does not guarantee a passing score on your re-inspection. Inspection outcomes depend on inspector discretion, jurisdiction-specific rules, and conditions in your facility that we cannot observe. Our pass-or-refund guarantee (Section 6) is a commercial commitment, not a prediction of regulatory outcome.
The Pass Kit is sold at a one-time price of $79 USD, charged at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe. You agree to Stripe's terms of service when checking out. We do not store your full card number.
If you contact us within 30 days of your re-inspection and provide documentation that you did not pass, we will refund your $79 in full and, where possible, regenerate your kit for the new inspection report at no additional charge. To claim the guarantee, email support@inspectrescue.com with your order confirmation and re-inspection result. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.
Refunds outside the pass-or-refund guarantee are issued at our discretion within 14 days of purchase if no documents have been downloaded.
By uploading an inspection report, you confirm you have the right to share it with us. We use the report solely to generate your Pass Kit. We do not sell, share, or publish inspection report contents. Report files and extracted data may be retained for up to 90 days to support your kit and any refund claim, after which they are deleted.
The Pass Kit documents we generate are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use in your facility. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense them. InspectRescue retains all intellectual property rights in the service, its software, and the document templates.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InspectRescue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to lost revenue, fines, or facility closure costs. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant Pass Kit.
The service is provided "as is." We do not warrant that report parsing will be error-free, that the Pass Kit will be complete or accurate in all circumstances, or that the service will be available without interruption.
We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
